Join Allana Harkin Producer and Correspondent on FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE, for a serious conversation about everyone’s favourite c-word; comedy. Allana will discuss opportunities for breaking into and moving up in comedy, the importance of representation, both on screen and in the writer’s room, and bringing the Canadian Gaze to the American late-night landscape. The session will also examine comedy with an agenda, satire’s evolving role on television and it’s responsibility to the public discourse. Also, there will be jokes.
