This summer the 20th film developed through NSI Features First will go to camera. Eight TV series developed through NSI have been broadcast with another one on the way. The National Screen Institute just turned 30, and we are so excited about our future. Be a part of it! Chris Vajcner is here to answer your questions, introduce you to some alumni and let you know about what’s coming up at NSI. At last year’s TSC, NSI Totally Television program manager Shelly Quade introduced two delegates at our booth – a writer and a producer, and a few months later they were in the program! Director of Communications and Revenue Development, National Screen Institute

As director of communications and revenue development, Chris oversees all communications and marketing initiatives delivered by NSI. She also heads revenue development for both operations and programming, working with government and private sources, and foundations. Chris has been in communications for 22 years. She started at NSI in 2003 as a publicist. Chris is known in the office as the ‘NSI App’ for her encyclopedic memory of all things NSI.
